We aim to keep our policies clear, fair, and transparent.

Membership Cancellations & Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Your membership will continue to renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Digital Content & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

This includes memberships, digital programs, downloadable materials, and any other digital content delivered immediately or over time.

Results and outcomes depend on individual participation and application of the material provided.

For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds based on usage, progress, or results.

Coaching Sessions & Live Services

Coaching services, including Clarity Sessions and multi-session coaching programs, are scheduled live services that reserve dedicated time and capacity.

For this reason, coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked, including cases where a client chooses not to attend or changes their mind.

Rescheduling may be permitted with advance notice, subject to availability, but refunds are not offered for missed or canceled sessions.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings or business practices.
