After struggling for many years with the abuse, gaslighting, and devaluation that comes with toxic relationships, I finally healed myself by finding MY inner Badass!

I successfully removed years of shame, guilt, and low self worth by deciding to embark on a miraculous journey. Ever since then I have been on a mission to help others experience the immense healing power of finding THEIR inner Badass!

Now I help people to discover their own power, peace of mind, and self confidence through my group coaching program, the Power & Purpose Academy!

The journey of empowerment can be challenging, but in a community setting with many other people it becomes so much easier to stay on track!
